Potential attendees can search the online catalogue for appropriate training and book a place online. To add to customer satisfaction, you can activate a clearing process to send reminders automatically. It is also possible to define sign-off processes with which you can define whether a user should be able to book a seminar directly or needs to be approved first.

The Classroom Manager facilitates administration in advance of face-to-face training events: you can retain an overview of the bookings, organise the arrival of the participants and reserve hotels.
